IBOS member Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) has become the first Canadian bank to offer state of the art value added features on their RBC Mobile app.
RBC customers will now be able to set up a new bill payee simply by taking a photo of their bill, or uploading their e-bill, thanks to RBC’s artificial intelligence algorithms, as well as having the ability to lock and unlock their debit or credit card in real time all via the app with just a simple button.
These two value-added features are there to streamline the use of the app and make the experience for customers quicker and easier to navigate.
