We are delighted that member Intesa Sanpaolo has been awarded “Best Digital Bank for Trade Finance in Italy” at Global Finance’s Best Digital Bank Awards 2023.
This award highlights Intesa Sanpaolo’s Global Transaction Banking and its commitment to digitalisation and understanding customers’ needs through developing new products and services to generate tangible benefits. This results in creating a more efficient user experience, particularly for corporate customers.
Judges selected winning banks based on the strength of servicing digital customers and producing further digital and product offerings. Additionally, the judges looked at the overall growth of the banks’ digital customers and the benefits from digital initiatives, as well as the bank’s website design and functionality on a desktop/mobile/tablet.
