- CIC holding company and head entity of the bank network, which is also the regional bank in ile de France, and throughwhich investment, financing and capital market activities are carried out.
- Five regional banks, each of which serves a clearly definied region of Fance (Nord-Ouest; Est; Sud -Est; Sud-Ouest and Ouest)
- Entities specialized by business line, which support the network and round out CIC’ s organization and services offering. Theses mainly includes CIC Aidexport, M-CIC Assets management, CIC Bail, CIC Epargne Salariale, CIC Factor, CIC Lease, CIC Participation Immobilières and Group des Assurances Credit Mutuel.
